The Boardroom - Sales Training and Assessment Centres in Essex

In my position as head of Sales and Marketing for a top 100 Accountancy firm, I often have a need to select a specialist to help me with a particular project where I do not have the expertise to carry it out myself.

As a result, I believe that over the years I have learnt to become a fairly good "judge of character".

What qualities do I look for when selecting a professional consultant to work alongside me?

I look for someone who:

• will take a genuine interest in me and my business
• will be responsive and willing to answer any queries promptly
• is experienced and knowledgeable in his or her field
• has the ability to inspire both myself and my colleagues
