Jon Pryse-JonesIn my position as head of Sales and Marketing for a top 100 Accountancy firm, I often have a need to select a specialist to help me with a particular project where I do not have the expertise to carry it out myself.
As a result, I believe that over the years I have learnt to become a fairly good "judge of character".
What qualities do I look for when selecting a professional consultant to work alongside me?
I look for someone who:
- will take a genuine interest in me and my business
- will be responsive and willing to answer any queries promptly
- is experienced and knowledgeable in his or her field
- has the ability to inspire both myself and my colleagues
Having worked with David Scarfe of The Boardroom Assessment Centre for the last two years, I can honestly say that he has exceeded my expectations on all counts. I have come to regard him as more of a friend and mentor than a mere supplier of training services.
It has been very rewarding to see the confidence and abilities of my relatively inexperienced sales team grow under David and The Boardroom’s expert guidance.
I cannot recommend David or The Boardroom highly enough – it’s hard, these days, to find someone who is such a pleasure to work with.
“It exceeded expectations in every way, especially the return on investment”
“I would like to thank the team at The Boardroom Assessment Centre for their excellent work”
“I have no hesitation in recommending David as a trainer and The Boardroom as a training provider.”
