Executive Outplacement at The Boardroom The Boardroom Executive Outplacement service is a specialist individual package aimed at senior sales managers and directors. It offers a high level of personally tailored support from our senior consultants, and a flexible package of benefits.

A typical Executive Outplacement programme will include:

  • A confidential introductory face to face meeting with a senior consultant, to agree your candidate's objectives, priorities and career aspirations.
  • Regular face to face meetings with the consultant to ensure that the programme is tailored to the candidate's specific individual needs.
  • Unrestricted access to that consultant by email and telephone in between face to face meetings to maintain momentum and progress.
  • Regular analysis, feedback and advice on your candidate's progress, including help with CVs, letters of application, self marketing and interview and presentation techniques.
  • Assistance with selecting suitable recruitment agencies, networking and accessing the 'hidden' job market.
  • Support and mentoring for your candidate with help and advice on acclimatising to a new role and rapidly assimilating important information within the all important first 3 months with a new company.

In addition we can provide your candidate with consultancy from one of our Occupational Psychologists, including comprehensive psychometric assessments which can include questionnaires and/or tests such as the following:

  • Personality Profiling (NEO, SHL or Thomas Test / DISC profiling)
  • Career Identification and values assessment (SHL Career Pathfinder)
  • Level of Intellectual Capacity (Watson Glaser)
  • Specifically sales focused psychometrics (SHL, Strengthscope, etc).

We can also provide specialist advice to your candidate in any of the following areas:

  • Personal style and branding skills
  • Dress, image and company culture
  • Individual impact at meetings
  • Public speaking skills
  • Impact & leaderships skills
  • Behaviour and business etiquette
