The 7 stages to successfully resourcing your high performer:

  1. The Boardroom assesses your current situation and agrees with you the core competencies, requirements and dynamics of the role; along with the behaviours and attributes required. We ensure that we fully understand your business, your objectives and your company values. We take a full job description and a comprehensive list of both your critical and desirable candidate requirements.
  2. Through our wide network of contacts or via a client managed advertisement we search for your ideal candidate and begin a series of telephone and face to face interviews to establish potential candidates.
  3. We present you with an initial list of suggested candidates with CVs and salary details. Following full consultation with you, we can then carry out a series of initial interviews on your behalf, along with full referencing of the candidate.
  4. We pass to you a short-list of candidates best qualified to fit your vacancy and recommend that we deliver a comprehensive candidate evaluation day at one of your Assessment Centres (or if you prefer, at your premises). This would be designed to your exact specification and include psychometric testing, real-life situational exercises and both individual and group challenges.
  5. From the findings of the Assessment Centre you will have at your disposal a short-list of the best qualified and most suitable candidates. We then facilitate / coordinate final interviews for you from which you can select the candidate you wish to make an offer of employment to.
  6. You make an offer to the successful candidate, terms are discussed and agreed. We provide free negotiation, mediation and consultancy support to you as required.
  7. During the critical first three months of employment we provide you with a free mentoring and consultancy service for your new recruit.
