Sales & Leadership Assessment Centre
The Boardroom specialise in the design and delivery of bespoke sales and sales leadership assessment, designed to evaluate the skills, behaviours and motivation levels of your sales & management personnel.
The evaluations are based on core competencies from the sales and sales leadership roles within your business and are designed to compliment both your corporate values and business objectives. We work in partnership with you to ensure that each assessment centre is completely tailored to your needs.
We evaluate your people in action; this can be be whilst observing them with real customers and internal colleagues, or via credible and challenging case study scenarios set within the context of your business and industry / sector.
Our assessment centre exercises combine to form a "holistic" scenario that develops throughout the course of the day(s). This allows the participants to be observed in a relevant sales or management environment, and to receive up-to-the-minute feedback on how their performance might be improved both during and after the assessment.
As well as measuring skill levels against competencies, we also measure motivation levels and behaviour. To support this we often use psychometric testing / behavioural analysis and can provide trained Sales & Leadership Assessors as well as Occupational Psychologists, to facilitate this. However we are also happy for you to be actively involved in the assessment process as either observers or assessors and therefore we can provide professional assessor training where appropriate.
